Who we are
The International Development Group (IDG), formerly known as Chicago Global Citizens, is a student group that utilizes the skills and resources of the Chicago Booth community to help address social and economic needs in developing countries. Our members share an interest in international development issues such as universal education, gender equality, maternal and child health, poverty reduction, economic growth, environmental sustainability and diseases control. Each academic year, IDG undertakes diverse projects with the ultimate goal of making a measurable impact in the developing world.
